Sadly, I had to return my wireless headset because it wouldn't connect to my cell for some reason. Cingular felt so bad that they gave me this other wireless headset for free. Pretty cool, huh?

Click the link in the title and tell me what you think of this: who was right and who was wrong (if anyone was)? Back it up with something. We discussed it in my Advertising problems class, but I just want to know what y'all think.

In a previous post (October 10, 2004) discussing laptop purchases, you advised Gina to buy an Apple if she could afford one. Specifically, you said to buy a PowerBook. Do you think that the PowerBook is that much better than the iBook? Why? Does the extra stuff in the PowerBook make the higher price worth it to you? Basically, my question is, which would you rather buy and which one do you think is the overall better deal considering what you're getting and the price? - Super Dave

Well.. 50% of my life is now complete; I saw Jimmy Eat World play live, woohoooo! The show was awesome, for those who did not attend!! They played a perfect mix of old and new material. I was thoroughly impressed!! Perhaps one of the most exciting moments of the evening was watching my good friends nearly die by taxi in a crosswalk on account of their stubbornness and, well, other reasons.. haha

Well, I'm off to contemplate another 49% of my life (an area in which, I'm afraid, I struggle, haha) while participating in what has become the remaining 1%; namely, multiplayer Halo 2!

I wish you all a wondeful evening,

P.S. Oh.. And, honestly, someone needs to buy Jim Adkins a new shirt!!

Guide For The Mexican Migrant

This is truly something, the Mexican Government
is publishing comics on how to cross the border
illegally. I don't think that it gets any better
than this. Check out the article in the Houston
Chronicle. Click the above link.

Still Hurts

It always hurts to lose a game. Even worse when you lose a game on a 50 yard bomb where you had a chance to tackle the receiver. Well I thought there was some penalties on the play but I think this says it all.

Happy New Year! I hope everyone had a wonderful night celebrating the ending of a great year and the beginning of another. I am already oh so exited about the new year because tomorrow I leave for Tennessee to go to Passion '05. Jason, Marty, Thomas, Adam, Josh, Jenny and I are heading out tomorrow morning to meet up with about 17,000 other college aged students in Gaylord (ha) Arena in Nashville. The normal Passion/One Day bands will be there (David Crowder, Chris Tomlin, Matt Redman etc.) along with the oh so awesome Louie Giglio who will be spending the week talking about "What does it look like, in practical terms, for me to live for the glory of God?" I am anticipating for it to be a great week. All of you who cannot come will be missed much. Ya'll try not to have too much fun without me. Look forward too seeing all of you when I get home.
